(2) Revelation.1:1(Introduction)

Revelation.1:1

The Revelation of Jesus Christ, which God gave unto him, to shew unto his servants, things which must shortly come to pass; and he sent and signified it by his angel unto his servant John:

Any revelation or anything that would be provided from God almighty to mankind, should be provided only through Lord Jesus Christ. Read the above verse once again. First, that must come from Lord God, greatest of greatest, God the father, through Lord Jesus Christ to human beings. Lord Jesus is not less than God the father in any means. Jesus said in John.10:30, that "I and my Father are one." But they are three persons. One person expresses himself as three distinct persons. Three persons in the God head is only a single person. One in three and three in one. God the father, God Jesus Christ the son, and God the Holy spirit. We can fully understand about the trinity after we go to heaven. But anything that will come from heaven must come through Lord Jesus himself. In John.14:6, Jesus saith unto him, I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man cometh unto the Father, but by me. And also, in 1Timothy.2:5 it says, "For there is one God, and one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus;".

From God almighty to Lord Jesus Christ to his servant John but God signified all the vision by assigning an angel. So, the order is as, from God to Lord Jesus Christ to an angel to His servant apostle John to the seven churches in Asia, and from those churches to all the New Testament churches around the world, because God wishes to show the things to his servants. All of us are his servants. Every living thing and nonliving thing is a servant of God. Proverbs.16:4 says, "The LORD has made everything for His purpose, even the wicked for the day of disaster." So, we are all God's servants. Though you don't know anything about God, still you are fulfilling God's purpose. But if you are on God's side, he uses you as if you are his child. If you are not on his side, then you are trying to fulfill satan's desires, although you don't know you are doing that, or you don't wish to fulfill satan's intentions. The plot of satan is to kill the almighty Lord Jesus on the cross but what happened? Lord has raised again from the dead on the third day and shew the whole world, who is all powerful. If you are not in God's side, you are the looser. Again, God shows who will be the most powerful. It is the best thing for anybody to stay on God's behalf. Accept Lord Jesus as your savior. Believe that Lord Jesus died for your sins on the cross and has risen from the dead on the third day. Confess all your sins at Him. Repent for your sins at God alone and invite God into your heart. As soon as you invite him into your heart, Lord comes into your heart and lives in your heart. God is the Lord of your heart from now on. You are the child of God eternally. If you don't have this experience, you are the child of satan. Meaning you are heading straight to the hell. There is no other place other than heaven or hell. A person must go to one of these places after his death. Either heaven or hell. So, decide yourself to serve the Lord.

Infact, the book of revelation entirely speaks about the things that would happen only after the rapture took place. Not about the things prior to the rapture. But there is a blessing if we just read the revelation part and obey. First blessing is just because if you read. Second is if you obey.3Blessed is he that readeth, and they that hear the words of this prophecy, and keep those things which are written therein: for the time is at hand. So, keep reading the bible, and all the parts of the bible and especially the Revelation part. Repeatedly again and again so that God will open our heart and fills our heart with his word so that we could be blessed abundantly in this world and also in heaven.

From the fourth chapter onwards, John was called to watch all the heavenly things and events. What he saw in the heaven, he has recorded from the 4th chapter onwards. But without first three chapters we will miss many many heavenly things. So, we have to go through the first three chapters at first and latter we will proceed to the rest of the chapters.
